Equipment Leasing Successes
There are many tiers of leasing lender in the market place, not knowing where your business fits in can be costly. Our leasing successes demonstrate our commitment to our customers.
The IT Requirement
A firm of solicitors needed to upgrade their current IT hardware and purchase an expensive piece of software to maintain a commitment to improve customer service. Although a number of leasing quotes had been obtained, their decision to try a leasing broker (us!) proved to be the right move as we managed to obtain a substantial saving on the £71k, 3 year leasing facility!
The Sub-Prime Applicant
A fitness centre with previous credit problems needed to upgrade and replace various pieces of gym equipment. By utilising available additional security we were able to settle those problems and arrange the leasing finance on £108k of new equipment.
The Sale and Leaseback Capital Raising
We were approached by an introducer with regard to raising capital for stock and parts purposes. After reviewing the business we suggested releasing the capital tied up in the company assets and equipment as the lowest cost method. A lender was quickly found and a valuation allowed a £90 sale and leaseback finance lease to be quickly arranged.
The New Start Company
Start up companies can be difficult to fund, our client had equity in property but insufficient for a bank to offer a leasing facilty. Luckily the customer approached ourselves and we quickly realised there was enough equity for other lenders and facilitated a £25k leasing facility for this new small manufacturer.
