Commercial Property Bargain Hunters Target London
It was reported last week that a significant increase in sales of commercial property has been taking place in London.
Apparently sales leapt by 110% in the second quarter. Sales are still lower than the same quarter last year but clearly bargain hunters are moving back into the market, in particular overseas investors seeking good returns who are taking advantage of the weak pound.
One good quarter doesn't mean a recovery and this may be a "dead cat bounce", but hopefully price falls have hit their lower basement level!
Maybe it's time for UK commercial investors to follow suit, commercial mortgages are still available!
